Our Support Team is the glue that holds Datamine together. A diverse bunch, they cover everything from Finance and HR, to Events and Office Management. Meet the team below.


(General Manager)

As our General Manager, Michaela is the key to ensuring all our internal functions are optimally run. A varied role with a strong focus on HR principles, Michaela guarantees Datamine’s values permeate both our culture and the work we produce. With a long history in the hospitality industry, running restaurants, bars and hotels, Michaela is a dab hand at working under pressure.



(Strategy & Improvement)

After joining us for work experience last year, Courtney has returned to Datamine’s support team.  A high achiever, Courtney made the Dean’s list for Academic Excellence at Massey University Business School in 2016 — and will complete her Bachelor of Business there this year.


Marketing David


(Marketing Specialist)

David joins Datamine as a Marketing Specialist the same week he graduated with an LLB (Hons) from AUT and a BBus. His varied background includes a long stint with FMCG giant Unilever and over 15 years’ experience in publishing – with his specialist focus being the application of IT solutions to solve business problems.



(HR Coordinator)

Datamine’s HR coordinator, Kaisa is originally from Finland. She holds a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Auckland as well as a BCom Honours degree majoring in HR and sustainability. With her passion for people, Datamine’s ‘human centric’ approach to business was instantly a match to her values.



(Accounts Administrator)

Michelle works remotely from sunny Brisbane. With a Bcom in Accounting and experience working for large NZ companies such as Knight Frank and McLarens Young, Michelle is well equipped to manage Datamine’s Accounts and all things financial.
