Auckland’s SKYCITY was host to the Marketing Association’s RSVP and Nexus Awards ceremony on Friday 27 February, 2009. These prestigious industry awards focus on showcasing and recognising the best in response-driven marketing campaigns.

Datamine received four Nexus awards on the night, for revolutionary data work performed for client, EziBuy. Datamine assisted EziBuy’s shift from a traditional RFM approach to advanced data driven marketing with the design, development and implementation of a system called SMART: Customer Management.

The returns of this system have far exceeded EziBuy’s aggressive business growth objectives and the visionary approach has now been implemented in both New Zealand and Australia. The SMART: Customer Management system has driven growth in sales revenue from existing clients, improved demand forecasting, improve their targeting and make the right offers to customers through the right channel.
