Our head office is in Parnell, Auckland where this position is based. Our clients include many leading and emerging regional and global organisations across the full spectrum of industries, including utilities, telecommunications, FMCG, retail, telecommunications, government, health, financial services, insurance, and manufacturing.

We are proudly data-driven and we’re busy. Hence we’re looking for someone to champion our project delivery. This is a senior project management and anchor role responsible for the day to day management of client requirements including delivering high quality outputs and client ‘wow’ factor on satisfaction scores balanced with overall business profitability. You’ll need to be able to think from the client’s perspective and present complex findings clearly, concisely and convincingly both in writing and orally.

You will be extremely comfortable in a technical environment and thrive on having loads of balls in the air (and under control) at any given time. You will also have great team building and interpersonal skills especially with our techy team, making sure that objectives are clearly understood and everyone who needs to be is kept in the communication loop. You’ll get satisfaction from driving exceptional client delivery in every way including producing high quality materials where content, flow and attention to detail meets the standards upon which our reputation is built.

Apart from scoping out and delivering projects within deadline, you will be skilled in identifying trends/anomalies and drilling deeper to ensure interpretation of project results is well considered. If this isn’t enough to keep you busy, you will also support the smooth running of our office wherever needed. This includes administration, invoicing, planning meetings along with other tasks that can crop up when you least expect it. You won’t need to be asked – you’ll speak up, dive in and get things done.

Strong spatial, problem-solving and numerical skills are required along with excellent verbal and written communication. You will need a good eye for sanity checking project results and be skilled in developing relevant presentation and sales support materials. While your core skill is not selling, it’s helpful if you can see and act on opportunities to grow the business, especially with existing clients.
